We have an Alvey Conveyer Dish washer. Was used in a government warehouse building and was in good working condition when removed. It's in good shape and appears to have been maintained well. The Alvey company still offers parts and service for this washer. We do have a manual for it as well. Looks like the macitence team kept some of the startup breakers inside the power box (second to last photo)
This unit is steam powered. Requires 12psi and total consumption is 756lbs per hour. It also requires 480v 3 Phase power.
