Up for sale is a vintage Hobart S-601 with a newer 30qt bowl, whisk, and paddle. It also has the adapter to run the smaller bowl. The locks of the adapter have a little play in them so the bowl leans a little bit. Unit powers on, all the gears work. This is a single phase 115v unit. Unit is in pretty good shape cosmetically, been repainted a few times by the looks of it.
